Ashley Loew, LMT
Ashley lives by a code of growth and empathy. Growing up on a farm with cows and fields created an outdoor advocate. She enjoys mushroom hunting and grounding when her time is free. Professionally, growth is all she knows. Whether at Integrated Therapies or working for the Omni Louisville, her goal of enhancing the wellness of others is her priority. Ashley is a former instructor and enjoys the experiences of continued mentoring other health professionals. Her dedication to her profession is evident in her passion to make others simply feel better. Ashley practices traditional Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone massage.

Crystal Sanders, LMT
Crystal is an enthusiastic advocate of all things nature. Her passion for nature and natural remedies is apparent in every aspect of her personality, both personally, and professionally. As a massage therapist, she divides her time between private practice and the Omni Louisville. Her intuitive curiosity for how the body’s systems react to stress and overuse inspires her to implement healthy interventions which compliment the body’s incredible ability to heal itself. Knowing massage therapy can promote prolonged relaxation, reduce stress, and ease pain, her intent is to facilitate healing. Crystal is passionate in helping people learn more about their bodies, reach their wellness goals, and feel better. She specializes in multiple massage modalities including Swedish massage, deep tissue, and hot stone massage. In addition to practicing massage therapy, Crystal is an avid photographer, loves traveling, cooking, and art.

Denise Hunt, RN, LMT
Denise is a devoted and decorated labor and delivery registered nurse of eighteen years. A recent recipient of the prestigious Daisy Award for the provision of exceptional patient care in her profession. Her nursing career totals twenty-five rewarding years in caring for others. In 2023, seeking to expand her skillset and provide additional patient services, Denise completed the therapeutic massage program at Ivy Tech Community College, Sellersburg. She is passionate about patient care and wellness goals. In her out of the office time, she keeps pace with her four boys who thrive in anything outdoors. Family time is spent camping, hiking, and on the water.

Karen R. Frazier, BCTMB, AAS, Healthcare Specialist
Specialist in wellness and health consumer advocacy, Karen has more than ten years dedicated to educating and facilitating wellness in our communities. From the corporate setting to personal consultations, she provides a common sense and informative approach to enhancing your overall wellbeing and quality of life.
Devoting the majority of her private practice years to injury rehabilitation, pain management, and repetitive motion disorders, she provides an acute understanding of how the body works, what makes it hurt and how to repair it.
Karen currently serves as Vice Chair, Kentucky Board of Licensure for Massage Therapy, and the Board of Directors for the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB).
