Signature by way of customization. We offer 50-, 80-, and 110-minute sessions. Light to moderate preferences. Excellent for destressing, relaxing, and resetting. The expanded sessions may be detailed to include specific areas of added focus.

Fresh Ingredient Body Scrub

Purposeful Stretching

Spend an hour focusing on stretching and lengthening from the joints. A full body treatment performed fully clothed, (dress comfortably). Lie back, practice deep breathing, while your therapist applies various stretching techniques. This allows the body to gain, retain, and increase flexibility and mobility. Mobility is the key to quality of life. Flexibility is the key to mobility.
CBD Infused Oil
The cannabinoids in CBD oil help to reduce inflammation and soothe muscles. This makes it extremely effective in providing relief from painful joints and soft tissues. Individuals who suffer from chronic pain and related disorders and diseases can reap the benefits of a CBD infused massage. The anti-inflammatory properties of CBD may be particularly useful for reducing potential triggers of eczema, dermatitis, and psoriasis.

Hot Stone Therapy
Hot Stone Massage- Natural stones are warmed to provide soothing heat, penetrating the bound fascia beneath the skin, and permeating the deeper muscle layers. Promoting natural relaxation, increased circulation, relieving pain and discomfort, and allowing the therapist to access deeper areas of held tension and muscle constriction. Choose either Himalayan salt or basalt stones for your hot stone experience.
