Ashley lives by a code of growth and empathy. Growing up on a farm with cows and fields created an outdoor advocate. She enjoys mushroom hunting and grounding when her time is free. Professionally, growth is all she knows. Whether at Integrated Therapies or working for the Omni Louisville, her goal of enhancing the wellness of others is her priority. Ashley is a former instructor and enjoys the experience of continuing to mentor other health professionals. Her dedication to her profession is evident in her passion to make others simply feel better. Ashley practices traditional Swedish, deep tissue, and hot stone massage.

Emma Boone, LMT
Emma is an Indiana-licensed massage therapist focusing on relaxation, pain management, and prenatal & postnatal care. Her goal is to create a calming space where each client can truly unwind and find relief from the stresses of everyday life. When Emma is not in the treatment room, you’ll often find her spending time with her puppy, Bonnie, or exploring new places and going to concerts. In addition to massage therapy, she also specializes in lash extensions. A creative outlet that allows her to bring balance between wellness and beauty in the work she loves.

Crystal Sanders, LMT
Crystal is an enthusiastic advocate of all things nature. Her passion for nature and natural remedies is apparent in every aspect of her personality, both personally and professionally. As a massage therapist, she divides her time between private practice and the Omni Louisville. Her intuitive curiosity about how the body’s systems react to stress and overuse inspires her to implement healthy interventions that complement the body’s incredible ability to heal itself. Knowing that massage therapy can promote prolonged relaxation, reduce stress, and ease pain, her intent is to facilitate healing. Crystal is passionate about helping people learn more about their bodies, reach their wellness goals, and feel better. Karen R. Frazier, BS in Health and Wellness, LMT
Specialist in wellness and health consumer advocacy, Karen has more than ten years of experience dedicated to educating and facilitating wellness in our communities. From the corporate setting to personal consultations, she provides a common-sense and informative approach to enhancing your overall well-being and quality of life.
Devoting the majority of her private practice years to injury rehabilitation, pain management, and repetitive motion disorders, she provides an acute understanding of how the body works, what makes it hurt, and how to repair it.
Karen currently serves as Vice Chair of the Kentucky Board of Licensure for Massage Therapy and as an elected member of the Board of Directors of the Federation of State Massage Therapy Boards (FSMTB).
